Most operations help comes from people who've read about operations. Daniel came up the other way — through sales floors, sales enablement, and the operating seat of a finance business, where he touched nearly every part of an organization and had to build whatever was missing.

Underwriting, go-to-market, custom systems, the unglamorous plumbing that makes a company actually run. He went through the fire most business owners go through.

That's the difference in how OpsPal scopes a project. We don't pattern-match you to a template. We look at your business the way an operator does — people, process, tools, data, money, revenue — and figure out what's actually holding you back and what to build first. The work is rarely just "the thing you asked for." It's the thing you asked for, sequenced into the phase your business needs to reach next.

Then we build it. Daniel leads strategy, roadmapping, and delivery. Josh architects the infrastructure. Tal builds the backend and integrations. We're a three-person studio on purpose — senior people doing the work, not a junior handoff after the sales call. And we build our own product, Kinaura, with the same standards, which keeps us honest about what it takes to ship something and keep it alive.
