Apps we built, live on the App Store

Two native iPhone apps, scoped in writing, built by our senior team, taken through Apple review and still running. Download them and use them, then read how each one was built.

Indulge Private Chefs

Live on the App Store

iPhone · Food & Drink · Free · Client build

A curated private-chef business had booked every event by text and email for a decade. We built it one app where clients book vetted chefs, chefs run their own storefront, and the Indulge team approves every chef and every booking before anything is promised to a client.

  • Three roles in one app: client, chef and manager, assigned on the server
  • A nine-step booking chain with Indulge’s sign-off built in
  • Chef payouts onboarded through Stripe Connect
  • Kickoff to the App Store in about four months, on a fixed fee

Kinaura: Partner Compatibility

Live on the App Store

iPhone · Lifestyle · Free · Our own product

A compatibility read for two people who are already considering each other. Each person answers a core assessment and three short modules; once both accept a Sync, they see the same read on what pulls them together, where they clash and how they come back after friction.

  • Mutual consent by design: nothing is shared until both people accept
  • Assessment, scoring and the shared read run on one backend
  • Sign in with Apple, Google or email
  • Built, published and run by the OpsPal team

What it takes to get an app onto the App Store

The build is one of four jobs. We carry all four, so a launch doesn’t stall between them.

1. Scope it in writing

Roles, screens, the booking or payment flow, what is out of scope, and what the app will cost to run at 100, 1,000 and 10,000 users. Signed before any code.

2. Build it like it will last

Staging and production environments, automated tests on every push, and roles enforced on the server, not the phone.

3. Get it through review

Builds, TestFlight, the store listing and Apple review are ours to carry. When Apple rejected Indulge’s first submission, the fix shipped and went back the same day.

4. Run it and take it to market

A managed retainer keeps the app updated and monitored, and a launch sequence, link tracking and listing optimization get it downloaded.

Is your next app sitting in your inbox?

If your business runs on texts, spreadsheets and the founder’s phone, the app is usually already designed; it just hasn’t been built. Answer a few questions and we’ll tell you what it is, in writing.
