We build the systems your business runs on.
OpsPal is the operations and technology studio for business owners who've hit a ceiling — and need someone to build the systems, automations, apps, and infrastructure that get them through it.
Three-person team. Founder-led. Engineering-led.
50+ systems built · Production-grade delivery
What you get in the first 90 days
- A scoped plan with clear deliverables and owners.
- Production systems your team can run — not a black box.
- Instrumentation so you can see pipeline, revenue, and ops health.
- Handoff docs so you're never locked in.
Most agencies tell you what to fix. We build it.
Daniel has been in it — sales floors, finance operations, underwriting, go-to-market, every part of how a business actually runs. So when we scope your project, we're not matching you to a template. We map what your business needs to get from here to there, then build exactly that.
We're a three-person technical studio. We ship production systems — apps, backends, automations, CRMs, lead engines, and the infrastructure your team actually runs on. We also build and operate Kinaura, a live product of our own, which means we build for real stakes, not just deliverables.
No generalist freelancers. You get a strategist who's operated businesses, a solutions architect who builds infrastructure, and an engineer who ships backend systems at scale. Working together, on your business.
Who we build for
Three kinds of owner. One missing piece.
The business ready for phase two
You're running a real business. Revenue is there. But operations are duct-taped — tools don't talk, things slip, and you're still doing work your business should handle on its own. You need systems designed and built, by someone who's done both.
Book a scoping call →The owner who needs a technical partner
You have a product, a sales motion, or a workflow that needs building from scratch — and no in-house team to build it. We become your outsourced technical arm: scope, architect, build, and hand off something that works.
See app development →The professional-services business that needs a front door
Your site doesn't generate leads. Your CRM is missing or ignored. Follow-up is manual. We rebuild the front door — website, CRM, lead routing, automation — and wire it together so the business starts working for you.

How we work
Scoping call
We align on outcomes, constraints, and what success looks like.
Requirements & plan
A written scope with milestones and acceptance criteria. No mystery backlog.
Build & ship
Weekly demos, staged releases, production cutovers with rollback plans.
Manage & improve
Runbooks, monitoring, and optional retainers to extend what shipped.
Engagements start at $3,500. Most projects run $5,000–$25,000. Retainers from $2,500/month. We scope to your budget — tell us where you are and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Frequently asked questions
What does an engagement look like?
We start with a scoping call, deliver a written plan with fixed deliverables, then build in milestones with weekly demos. Smaller teams can begin with a free business checkup if that's a better first step.
Do you replace our internal team?
No. We integrate with your people — engineering, ops, or marketing — and leave documentation and handoffs so you can run everything without us in the room.
Which tools and stacks do you work in?
Python, React, FastAPI, NestJS, Supabase, Postgres, MongoDB, Railway, Cloudflare, AWS, Salesforce (including Apex/SOQL), HubSpot, n8n, and the usual go-to-market tooling. Ask on a call for the closest fit to your environment.
How fast can we ship?
Depends on scope. Many automation and RevOps phases show value in weeks. Net-new apps are multi-month programs with clear phase gates. We tell you the real timeline before you commit.
What does it cost?
Engagements start at $3,500. Most projects run $5,000–$25,000, and retainers start at $2,500/month. We scope to your budget — tell us where you are and we'll tell you what's realistic.
What makes OpsPal different?
Most ops firms consult — they hand you a deck and leave. We build. We're a senior three-person team that designs the plan and ships the production systems, and we run our own live product, so we build for real stakes. You work directly with the people doing the work, not a junior handoff after the sales call.
