What lowers it

  • A smaller first phase. You can always add the next one.
  • Clean data, or letting us clean it first.
  • One decision-maker with time for reviews.
  • Tools and access ready before we start.

What is in the price, and what is not

On every project

  • A written scope: every deliverable as a line, and what is deliberately left out.
  • Week one verification and baseline, with two or three numbers to measure against.
  • Testing on every build.
  • Weekly demos. No mystery backlog.
  • Runbooks and a recorded walkthrough at handoff.
  • 30 days of post-launch support.

Not in the price

  • Software licenses and subscriptions. They stay in your name.
  • Work that is not on a scope line, until you approve a change order.
  • Outcome guarantees. We guarantee delivery, not your sales.
  • 24/7 on-call, unless a retainer includes it.

How payment works

Projects are paid in three installments: 40 percent to start, 30 percent at the midpoint and 30 percent at completion. Each milestone is invoiced when you accept it. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

CRM cost: questions answered

How much does a full CRM build-out cost?

It depends on what we build. Each object, automation, integration and dashboard is a line with its own price, so a focused setup and a multi-department build land very differently. Most start with a package and add lines from there. You see every line before you sign.

Do we lose history in a migration?

No. Records move with their history and relationships intact. After the load we reconcile the counts and send you a written summary of what moved, what did not and why.

How is a data import priced?

In three parts: setup for each source, a small charge per thousand records, and verification after the load. Most of the work is in setup and verification, so a large clean import costs less than people expect and a small messy one costs more.

Who pays for the CRM licenses?

You do, in your name. We bill for our work only, and the build starts once licenses and access are in place.

How do payments work?

Projects are paid in three installments: 40 percent to start, 30 percent at the midpoint and 30 percent at completion. Each milestone is invoiced when you accept it. Work starts when the first installment clears.
