A launch needed a two-sided product with discovery, booking requests, and payments—not spreadsheets, DMs, and manual invoicing.
Approach
OpsPal scoped and delivered a fixed-fee MVP: user onboarding, profile approval workflows, browse and search, request-to-book with operator visibility, payment flow on the client's Stripe account, basic admin metrics, a staging environment, and release-candidate handoff.
Solution
The result is one integrated web and mobile surface for launch operations—a web MVP plus a native iPhone app sharing the same backend. Authentication, profile approvals, browse and search, request-to-book, and payments run together, with admin metrics and a staging environment for releases. Platforms and features outside the agreed MVP are handled through explicit change-order boundaries.
