Approach
We built Salesforce flows and validation gates that standardize underwriting checks and cut cycle time. Completeness gates enforce that each file meets the required criteria before it moves forward.
Solution
The flows and completeness gates standardize every underwriting check and remove the manual, inconsistent steps that slowed things down. The result: underwriting time reduced from roughly thirty minutes to about five per file.
